- 1 tsp sesame oil (for finishing)
Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips. Chop bell peppers and green onions.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and bell peppers; cook until fragrant and slightly tender (about 2 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil; pour over beef mixture. Simmer for an additional minute.
- Gently toss in cooked noodles until evenly coated with the sauce. Serve garnished with sliced green onions.

- For added texture, consider incorporating vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
- To prevent sticking after cooking, toss noodles with a little vegetable oil.
