Instructions
- Gather and prep your ingredients; chop cilantro and mince garlic.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, chili powder, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add marinated shrimp in a single layer; sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Just before serving, sprinkle chopped cilantro over the shrimp.
- Serve hot on a platter or in tacos with extra lime slices.
