- 1 package (12 oz) frozen wontons
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups baby bok choy or spinach, chopped

- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until simmering.
- Stir in grated ginger and crushed garlic; let simmer for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
- Add frozen wontons to the pot and cook according to package instructions (about 5-7 minutes) until they float.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, stir in chopped baby bok choy or spinach until wilted.
- Drizzle in soy sauce and sesame oil; adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
- Experiment with different greens like kale or Swiss chard for added nutrition.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or chili oil.
