Instructions
- Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces in a bowl.
- In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, honey, and olive oil. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add lemon juice and black pepper; blend again until creamy and well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, smooth the top, and drizzle with additional honey. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately with crackers or fresh veggies.
