A tangy and crunchy salsa that elevates any meal. Perfect for taco night or as a refreshing dip!

  • Total Time: 0 hours
  • Yield: Approximately 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the diced pickles, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle freshly squeezed lime juice over the mixture and stir gently until well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on tacos.

Notes

  •  For milder salsa, substitute jalapeños with bell peppers.
  •  Experiment with different types of pickles for varying flavor profiles.
