- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the diced pickles, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Drizzle freshly squeezed lime juice over the mixture and stir gently until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on tacos.

- For milder salsa, substitute jalapeños with bell peppers.
