- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter.
- Rinse the strawberries and hull them.
- Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- Add strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth; adjust consistency with more milk if necessary.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana before blending.
