Instructions
- Gather ingredients: Rinse the shrimp under cold water if frozen and pat dry.
- Sauté: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in red chili flakes.
- Cook shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Season: Drizzle fresh lemon juice over shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Finish: Toss in chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve hot: Enjoy your spicy shrimp on its own or over rice.
