- 1 cup salsa verde
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken in a bowl or zip-top bag, pour salsa verde over it, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add marinated chicken to the hot pan and cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with extra salsa verde if desired.
