Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel away the loose outer layers from the garlic bulbs, keeping the skins on each clove.
- Slice off the top ½ inch of each bulb to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle the exposed cloves generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each bulb tightly in aluminum foil and place them in the oven.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and soft.
- Let cool slightly before unwrapping, then enjoy as a spread or ingredient in other dishes.
