- 1 cup shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup assorted toppings (bell peppers, olives)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or softened butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread olive oil or butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer pizza sauce followed by the mozzarella cheese generously.
- Evenly sprinkle your favorite toppings over the cheese.
- Place the second slice on top with the buttered side facing out and gently press down.
- Grill in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip carefully to cook the other side until crispy.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice in half, and enjoy!
