Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel back the husks without fully removing them and remove silk strands.
- Soak the corn in water for 30 minutes to keep it moist while grilling.
- Pat corn dry, then spread each ear with butter and sprinkle with salt, paprika, lime juice, and chili powder (if using).
- Grill the corn directly on the grates for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until kernels are tender with char marks.
- Remove from grill and add additional butter and lime juice if desired before serving.
Notes
- For a dairy-free option, substitute olive oil for butter.
- Experiment with different spices or toppings like fresh herbs to personalize your grilled corn.
