- 12 ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions
- Brew and cool one cup of strong coffee.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together softened mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually sift in matcha powder while whisking until well combined.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for 1-2 seconds to soak without becoming soggy.
- In a rectangular dish, layer half of the matcha mixture followed by half of the dipped ladyfingers.
- Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
