- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat the chicken dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix crushed tomatoes with minced garlic and fresh basil.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the tomato mixture evenly over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and cheese is golden brown.
