- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs if using.
- Drop mounds of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown but centers look slightly underbaked.
- Allow cooling on sheets before transferring to wire racks.
