Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter, then add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while pouring in the milk; stir until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  6. For the streusel topping: mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the streusel on top, then layer with remaining batter and finish with the rest of the streusel.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
