Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter, then add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while pouring in the milk; stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- For the streusel topping: mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the streusel on top, then layer with remaining batter and finish with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
