Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and place cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
  3. In a large bowl, toss arugula with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Once peaches are grilled, arrange arugula on a serving platter. Top with grilled peaches and dollop burrata in between.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with nuts if using.
