Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and chop all vegetables into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, global spice blend, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking until tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
