Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat grill to medium-high (375°F) or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush marinated chicken generously with BBQ sauce.
- Cook on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Baste with additional BBQ sauce in the last few minutes of cooking. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
