- 2 whole wheat or spinach tortillas
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus or cream cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean cutting board.
- Spread hummus or cream cheese evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer the grilled chicken, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, avocado, and red onion in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold each side of the tortilla toward the center and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice the wrap diagonally in half and serve.
