Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dried Italian herbs (basil and oregano)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs on both sides. Sear them in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
