- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest.
- While the chicken rests, chop romaine lettuce and prepare the Parmesan cheese.
- Slice the grilled chicken thinly against the grain.
- Lay out tortillas and layer each with romaine, sliced chicken, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Cut in half if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Caesar dressing for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Customize wraps by adding vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
- Substitute whole grain or gluten-free tortillas as needed.
