- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (washed and chopped)

- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill each side of the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the lettuce: Toss the chopped romaine with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay out tortillas and spread additional dressing if desired. Add lettuce, sliced chicken, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Wrap tightly.
