- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high.
- 3. Grill: Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 4. Baste with Sauce: In the last few minutes of grilling, brush with reserved marinade for added flavor.
- 5. Rest: Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- 6. Serve: Enjoy sliced chicken with fresh veggies or in a sandwich.
