Instructions
- Wash and dry the arugula thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately in plates or bowls. Top with feta cheese or nuts if desired.
