- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add seasoned chicken; sauté until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir gently to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce, reserving some pasta water if needed.
- Remove from heat and fold in torn burrata until slightly melted. Top with Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
