- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper (to taste)
- Pita bread or wooden skewers for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- With wet hands to prevent sticking, shape the mixture into oval kebabs on skewers or mold them about six inches long.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and nicely charred.
- Serve hot with pita bread and fresh vegetables.

- Feel free to add other spices like coriander or chili flakes for a different flavor profile.
