Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.

- Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading.
- Feel free to add nuts or swap cranberries for cherries if desired.
