- 1 package Trader Joe’s Frozen Dumplings (10–12 dumplings)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili oil (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Remove frozen dumplings from packaging and set aside.
- Choose your cooking method: steam or pan-fry. For steaming, boil water and steam dumplings for 6-8 minutes. For pan-frying, heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy on one side.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil (if using), garlic powder, and chopped scallions to create the dipping sauce.
- Serve hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, replace meat dumplings with vegetable dumplings or tofu.
- Add extra spices to the filling for a personal touch.
