Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add lemon juice and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and capers; simmer for another minute until slightly thickened. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook together for an additional minute before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
