- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined. Add frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and layer with frozen tater tots on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
