- 1 prepared pizza dough (12-inch)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- Jalapeños for extra spice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch diameter and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread refried beans evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beans, followed by the shredded cheese.
- Add diced tomatoes and jalapeños if desired.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, avocado slices, and sour cream before slicing.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground beef with grilled chicken or veggies.
- Adjust toppings based on your preference; corn or olives work well too.
