Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by ensuring the pistachios are shelled and chopped.
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create a pocket for stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with chopped pistachios and honey. Optionally add cinnamon for extra warmth.
- Generously fill each date with the ricotta mixture.
- Drizzle additional honey over the stuffed dates.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
