Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare by chopping onions, garlic, and green chilies.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add boneless chicken thighs to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides (approximately 6 minutes per side) and ensure they are cooked through.
- Stir in the chopped green chilies, cumin powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture. Allow to simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.

- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Feel free to mix in bell peppers or corn for added texture.
