Instructions

- 2. Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add chili oil and sliced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic turns golden brown.
- 3. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the drained pasta to the skillet with garlic and chili oil. Toss together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a silky sauce.
- 4. Finish with Parsley and Cheese: Stir in chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese and an extra drizzle of chili oil if desired.
