Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Cook fresh egg noodles for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add chili oil until shimmering. Sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and gently stir to combine with garlic.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture and toss well to coat all noodles.
- Top with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
