Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Incorporate spiralized zucchini into the pan; toss everything together.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture, stirring for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.

- Feel free to substitute with any seasonal vegetables you have on hand.
