Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the sirloin pieces to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil until shimmering.
- Sear the marinated steak pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- During cooking, spoon some marinade over steak tips for added flavor.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight if time allows.
- Feel free to substitute rosemary with thyme for a different herbal twist. A splash of lemon juice can also add a refreshing zing!
