Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 1-inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and drain on paper towels before serving warm.
