Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread into one-inch thick pieces and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the toasted bread from the oven and spread the ricotta evenly on each slice while still warm.
- Drizzle honey generously over the ricotta.
- Top with sliced seasonal fruits and add mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm.
