- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbling. Stir in marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispies until well-coated.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down gently with wax paper or buttered hands.
- If desired, sprinkle colorful decorations on top before cooling completely at room temperature.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
