- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, basil, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and water, then blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
Notes
- For extra flavor, substitute honey with agave syrup or add mint leaves instead of basil.
- Let popsicles sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing them from molds for easier release.
