Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and peel the cucumber.
- In a blender, combine watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves, and lime juice.
- Add honey or agave syrup based on your sweetness preference.
- Pour in cold water or coconut water to assist blending.
- Blend on high until smooth; scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if desired.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
