Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- Juice the lemons until you have one cup of lemon juice, straining to remove seeds.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and one cup of water; heat until sugar dissolves to create a simple syrup.
- In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice, simple syrup, and remaining cold water; stir well.
- Add sliced strawberries and ice cubes; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Notes
- For a fun twist, use sparkling water instead of still water.
- Garnish with mint leaves or additional strawberry slices for presentation.
