Instructions
- Rinse blackberries and mint leaves under cold water, then pat dry.
- In a sturdy glass, muddle together the blackberries and mint leaves until crushed.
- Add lime juice and honey or agave syrup to the muddled mixture, stirring well.
- Slowly pour in the sparkling water while gently stirring to maintain bubbles.
- Fill tall glasses with cubed ice and pour the mixture over until three-quarters full. Garnish with extra mint leaves or whole blackberries if desired.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed before serving.
Notes
- For variations, try using raspberries or strawberries instead of blackberries.
- Experiment with different flavored sparkling waters for added fun.
