- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse all berries under cool water and pat dry.
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary; blend again to combine.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container, cover, and freeze for about 4 hours until firm yet scoopable.
- Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy!
