- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

- ½ cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables: chop the romaine, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and slice the bell peppers and red onion.
- Soak the sliced red onion in cold water for a few minutes to mellow its flavor if desired.
- In a large bowl, combine all prepared vegetables along with black olives and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently to mix.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and toss again until all ingredients are well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
