Instructions
- Rinse strawberries and blueberries under cold water; pat dry gently.
- Slice green tops off strawberries and cut into quarters.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Beat until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- In a large serving bowl or individual cups, layer strawberries, then blueberries, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Garnish with extra berries and mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
