  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger slices, and cornstarch mixture to create the marinade.
  3. Toss the sliced beef in half of the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes while you heat your pan.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and sauté until bright green but crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Push broccoli to one side of the pan and add marinated beef strips to the other side. Cook until browned, around 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour the remaining marinade over everything and stir until thickened, approximately 1-2 minutes.
