- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend rolled oats in a blender until fine.
- Mix blended oats with protein powder and baking powder.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease if needed.
- Pour batter onto the hot waffle iron; cook until golden brown.
- For the berry compote, simmer berries with honey in a saucepan until syrupy.
- Serve waffles stacked high, drizzled with berry compote.

- For a vegan option, substitute eggs with flax eggs (1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water per egg).
