- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly on the baking sheet into a large circle. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once cooled, spread the frosting over the cookie base and artfully arrange strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
